UNDERTAKING IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT 4 OF 2013.

  • Shall not use the proprietary Information (which includes customer information) other than for the purposes of mandate.
  • Shall not disclose any portion of the Proprietary Information to any third party other than to persons who are required to obtain the information due to the nature of their duties to the Client; and
  • Shall procure all persons in its employ and any third party it may appoint who will have access to the Proprietary Information as a result of such appointment, to bind themselves and provide the same written undertakings as set out above.
